Information we process

Zunavro Attribution processes the Shopify store identifier, order and refund events needed for attribution, advertising account identifiers and reporting data, attribution settings, and operational logs. Zunavro Attribution does not sell personal information and does not use merchant data to build advertising profiles for unrelated businesses.

Shopper information

The service minimizes shopper information. It does not retain shopper names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, merchant notes, complete landing-page query strings, or raw advertising click identifiers. It retains only the order, refund, consent, campaign, and privacy-minimized journey fields needed to provide attribution reports to the merchant.

How we use information

• Attribute Shopify orders to advertising and referral sources.
• Build merchant-requested reports and performance summaries.
• Maintain secure connections and troubleshoot failed imports.
• Prevent abuse, protect accounts, and meet legal obligations.

Advertising platform access

Advertising connections are read-only. Zunavro Attribution requests the minimum reporting permissions needed for the accounts selected by the merchant. Access credentials are encrypted and isolated by store. Zunavro Attribution does not edit campaigns, bids, budgets, or creatives.

Sharing and service providers

Data is shared only with infrastructure and service providers needed to operate Zunavro Attribution, or when required by law. Providers are limited to the information necessary to deliver their service and are expected to protect it appropriately.

Retention and security

Zunavro Attribution retains attribution evidence and reports for the configured subscription period. Access tokens are encrypted, access is scoped by merchant, and administrative actions are logged. Data no longer needed to provide the service is deleted or anonymized.

International processing

Infrastructure and service providers may process information outside the merchant’s country. Zunavro uses contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and limits provider access to the information required for their role.

Your choices

Merchants can disconnect an advertising account at any time, request an export from Zunavro Attribution privacy controls, or request deletion by following the data deletion instructions. Shopify privacy webhooks are handled for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.
