Terms of service
These terms govern a merchant’s access to and use of Zunavro Attribution, including its attribution reports and advertising-platform connections.

You must be authorized to act for the Shopify store and advertising accounts you connect. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Attribution results
Attribution is an analytical estimate based on the data available to Zunavro Attribution and the settings selected by the merchant. Reports can be affected by consent choices, browser restrictions, platform delays, missing identifiers, refunds, and attribution-window differences. Zunavro Attribution does not guarantee a particular advertising outcome.
Connected services
Shopify and advertising platforms are independent services governed by their own terms. Zunavro Attribution may be unavailable when a connected service changes, limits, suspends, or terminates access to its APIs.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, trials, upgrades, and cancellations are processed through Shopify Billing. The Shopify approval screen controls the charge, billing interval, and trial terms. Zunavro Attribution displays its current account allowance, retention, and measured volume benchmark before approval. Removing the app ends future use but does not retroactively refund charges already due.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate another person’s rights. Access may be restricted to protect merchants, connected platforms, or the service.
Changes and termination
Zunavro Attribution may evolve as Shopify and advertising APIs change. Material terms or privacy changes will be communicated through the application or an appropriate merchant contact channel. You may stop using the service and uninstall the app at any time.

Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to support@zunavro.com. Notices relating to a merchant account may also be delivered through Shopify Admin or the verified contact configured in the application.
